Last Updated June 17,2026

Introduction

Voxel Innovations, Inc. on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and what rights you have in relation to it. This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website, www.voxelinnovations.com, and any services or sites that link to this Privacy Policy (we refer to them collectively in this Privacy Policy as the “Services“).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information. By interacting with our Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these policies and practices, please do not use our Services.

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time as described below. Your continued use of the Services after we make changes to this Privacy Policy is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check this page regularly for updates.

How We Collect Your Information

You Provide Information to Us

We collect information about you when you contact us or interact with our Services, such as when you email us, submit a contact form online, request a whitepaper or other content, or otherwise provide information to us through the Services. Website form submissions may be routed to our business email inboxes and stored through our website platform.

Automatically Through Our Services

As you navigate through and interact with our Services, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect information that may include personal information. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, operating system, and browser type, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies including details of your interactions with our Services, such as traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data, and which resources and Services features that you access and use.

Using automatic collection technologies helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience.

The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:

  • Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you interact with the Services. You may refuse to accept or disable cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser or device. However, if you select this setting, you may be unable to access certain features of the Services.

  • Third-Party Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies. Some parts of the Services are provided by or interact with third parties, which may include analytics providers, advertising and retargeting networks, embedded content providers, online forms, and data-collection tools. For example, we may use services such as Google Analytics, RollWorks, LinkedIn tracking technologies, Leadfeeder, YouTube, and Spotify. These third parties may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, or similar technologies to collect information about your device, browser, interactions with the Services, and online activity over time and across different websites or online services. They may use this information to provide analytics, measure advertising performance, identify company-level website activity, deliver interest-based advertising, or provide embedded content. We do not control how these third-party technologies operate or how the providers may use the information they collect. If you have questions about a third-party provider’s practices, you should review that provider’s privacy notice.

  • Web Beacons. Some parts of the Services may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us, for example, to count users who have visited those parts or for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain content and verifying system and server integrity).

  • Cookie Consent and Preferences. Where required or where we otherwise make these controls available, we use a consent-management tool to provide information about certain cookies and similar technologies and to allow users to manage their preferences. Certain non-essential analytics, advertising, and embedded-content technologies may be disabled until consent is provided. You may be able to update your cookie preferences through the cookie settings or consent-management tool made available through the Services.

You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or other tracking technology files, or to alert you when these files are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or similar tracking files, some Services features may be inaccessible or not function properly. While some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting, our Services do not currently respond to browser DNT signals.

Where required by applicable law and where our Services are configured to detect and process such signals, we will treat recognized universal opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

How We Use Your Information

We may use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:

  • Provide you with the Services and any contents, features, information, products, or services that we make available through the Services.

  • Provide customer support or communicate with you.

  • Promote our Services, business, and offerings, including through direct business communications, sales follow-up, occasional phone calls, advertising measurement, retargeting, and other marketing activities. If you do not wish for us to use your information for certain marketing purposes, you may contact us or use any opt-out mechanism provided in the relevant communication or consent tool.

  • Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.

  • Notify you when Services updates are available and about changes to any products or services we offer or provide.

  •  In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.

  • Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

  • For any other purpose with your consent.

  • To parties and networks that provide analytics, advertising, retargeting, embedded-content, visitor-identification, or similar technologies that support our operation, improvement, measurement, and promotion of the Services, as described in this Privacy Policy.

  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us is among the assets transferred.

  • To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.

  • For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

  • With your consent.

We may also disclose your personal information:

  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.

  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of our organization, or others.

How We Protect Your Information

We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to, through, using, or in connection with the Services. In particular, email, texts, and chats sent to or from the Services may not be secure, and you should carefully decide what information you send to us via such communications channels. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

Our Services may contain links to other websites that are not governed by this Privacy Policy since they are managed by third parties. When you click on one of these links, you may be directed to another website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites and encourage you to read their privacy policy as their practices may differ from ours. The Services may link to or embed employment application tools or pages operated by JazzHR, a third-party recruiting and applicant-tracking platform. If you submit information through a JazzHR application page or embedded application tool, JazzHR may collect and process applicant information in accordance with its own privacy notice and practices, and Voxel may receive and use that information for recruiting, hiring, and related employment purposes. We encourage you to review JazzHR’s applicable privacy notice before submitting application information.

We keep the categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described or for as long as otherwise legally permitted or required, such as maintaining the Services, operating our organization, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and for safety, security, and fraud prevention. This means that we consider our legal and business obligations, potential risks of harm, and nature of the information when deciding how long to retain personal information.

Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 years old without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have certain rights related to your personal information, including:
